Greetings Patients of Lifetime Eyecare!
We continuously strive for a clean, safe environment for our patients and staff.  In line with these efforts, we’ve adjusted our office hours, days of operation, and operating procedures to ensure we continue providing excellent care. Although appointment priority is being given to established patients at this time, we are now accepting new patients again!
Please note the following:
We continue to experience a high volume of incoming messages but make every effort to return messages in a timely manner. Although occasionally there may be unforeseen circumstances that delay our response times, we are typically are able to respond to most messages within 1-2 business days. Messages are checked throughout the day Monday thru Friday and will be responded to in the order they are received.
Some optical services are available by walk in: Glasses pick ups, adjustments, and repairs are available as walk in services on a first-come basis. A wait time may be expected based on optician availability.  However, ordering glasses is by appointment only. At this time we are not able to offer walk-in glasses ordering. To pick out new frames and lenses, please email to schedule a time to meet with one of our opticians. We will offer a variety of days and times to suit your glasses ordering needs.
We are a medical clinic and as such we do require a secure fitting mask worn by anyone entering the office, regardless of vaccination status. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one. Upon entry, we may check your temperature with a non-contact thermometer and have you sanitize your hands.
To help us keep the number of people in the office to a minimum, we ask that you do not bring anyone else to your appointment. Exceptions are:
1) one adult may accompany a minor child.
2) one caregiver may accompany someone needing physical or cognitive assistance.
Accompanying adults or caregivers may be asked to wait in the lobby during the patient’s appointment depending on each patient’s individual needs or abilities. These can be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns.
We thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to seeing you and addressing any needs you may have!
All the best,
the Doctors and Staff of Lifetime Eyecare
